Terms of Service

Mianba provides AI-powered mock interviews, answer coaching, resume feedback, and practice reports. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be treated as practice guidance, not a hiring decision, employment guarantee, or professional career advice.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure
• Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or shared to bypass plan limits
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of unauthorized access
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

• Paid plans and current prices are shown on the Plans page at checkout
• Online subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel
• You can cancel or restore renewal from Subscription & Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise
• Plan changes may result in a prorated charge or credit shown before confirmation
• Unused monthly usage does not roll over, and plan limits reset according to the billing rules shown in the product
• Payments, cards, and invoices are processed by our payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment when no more than 3 interview sessions have been used in the current period. Renewals, upgrades, and requests outside this window are reviewed based on usage and applicable law. Contact [email protected].

You may not:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized personal content
• Use scripts, scraping, account sharing, or proxies to bypass limits or abuse the service
• Attempt to reverse engineer the service, extract prompts, or disrupt its infrastructure
• Use generated content to commit fraud, misrepresent credentials, or violate law
• Harass, deceive, or harm other users or Mianba personnel

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

• You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, and other content you submit
• You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service
• Subject to applicable law and third-party model terms, you may use generated questions and reports for personal learning and job preparation
• Mianba branding, product design, and software remain our intellectual property

We work to keep Mianba reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI providers, networks, maintenance, and security events may temporarily affect the service. We may change features, limits, or pricing and will provide reasonable notice for material changes.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or fitness of AI output. To the extent permitted by law, Mianba is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Mianba during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
