We collect the following information to provide AI interview practice and coaching:

• Account information: email, display name, and profile image provided by you or an authentication provider
• Resume content: files and text you upload, plus structured information extracted from them
• Interview data: answers, speech transcripts, conversations, scores, and reports created during practice
• Usage data: product events and aggregate activity used to understand and improve the service
• Technical data: limited browser information and IP-derived security signals used for rate limiting and abuse prevention
• Billing data: subscription status, order history, and payment references. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Mianba

Please remove personal details you do not want processed before uploading a resume. We also redact common identifiers, such as phone numbers and email addresses, before sending content to AI providers where practical.

• Generate personalized interview questions, follow-ups, coaching, and reports
• Remember prior performance when you enable personalized practice
• Provide subscription features and enforce plan limits
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Measure product reliability and improve the service
• Send account, billing, and product emails based on your settings

We use a limited number of service providers to operate Mianba:

• AI providers: process redacted resume, job description, and conversation text to generate interview content
• Hosting and storage providers: host the application, database, and files you choose to upload
• Email provider: delivers verification, security, billing, and requested product emails
• Authentication providers: verify your identity when you choose Google or GitHub sign-in
• Payment provider: processes online subscription payments, invoices, and payment methods

We do not sell your personal information or resumes, submit applications on your behalf, or share resumes with recruiters.

• Application data and files are hosted in controlled environments selected for reliability and operational requirements
• Only the signed-in account can access or delete its private resumes and interview history
• Interview history and reports remain until you delete them or close your account
• You can delete individual resumes, all resume records, or your entire account
• Anonymous demo sessions are not linked to a user account and are automatically deleted after 72 hours
• Operational logs generally rotate after 30 days unless longer retention is required for security or legal reasons

• Access, correct, export, archive, or delete your data using account controls
• Turn off personalized interview memory and optional email updates
• Request help or exercise applicable privacy rights by emailing [email protected]

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, language preferences, security, and interview continuity. Mianba does not use third-party advertising cookies.

Mianba is intended for adults preparing for professional roles and is not directed to children under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided personal information.

We may update this policy as the product changes. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the product or email.
